In this series, introduced in Spring 2025, Lena Rudnick repurposes oils, waxes, and tape as unconventional "paints," engaging with light-sensitive paper in a dynamic interplay. Lena allows her own intuition to guide her through the exploration of new landscapes - some, a mirror of her internal world, but also a response to the shifting, turbulent world around us. Every mark and form becomes a meditation on connection, transformation, and our collective journey. The resulting abstract forms are then carefully scanned, cropped, and colored digitally. Each piece is a dance between control, chance, and light.
